Job Description:
- Trains and assists interns on how to reply to clients effectively, provide clear explanations of review programs, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Trains and assists interns on how to Promote and upsell review packages by identifying client needs and recommending suitable options to meet their goals.
- Trains and assists interns on how to provide clear explanations of review programs, and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Trains and assists interns on how to build strong relationships with clients, follow up on their progress, and ensure satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assists interns in responding to clients' inquiries.
- Check how interns communicate with clients using Facebook Messenger and comments, and provide feedback on it.
Qualifications:
- Has a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related course.
- Has experience in sales, client support, or customer service.
- Has adept experience in using Facebook for client communication and interaction.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has good problem-solving and upselling skills.
- Has the ability to train and mentor interns effectively.
- Has the skills to train and guide interns effectively.
