We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the online casino/gaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure that our systems run smoothly. You will work closely with various teams to maintain the operational efficiency of our IT infrastructure, handle customer-related issues, and assist with both internal and external system upgrades.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in online gaming, casinos, or a similar tech-heavy environment.
• Experience working with online gaming platforms, gaming software, or casino systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with server management, databases, and network administration.
• Exposure to IT support ticketing systems and helpdesk software.
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and their backend architecture (e.g., RNG, database management, and payment systems).
• Experience with system security, firewalls, and data protection regulations.
