We are looking for a Smartsheet Specialist to join our team at HR Spectacles' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time or part-time role will be responsible for building and optimizing our Smartsheet platform, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration across the organization.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain the Smartsheet platform, including creating and updating sheets, dashboards, and reports
Provide training and support to employees on Smartsheet usage and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their Smartsheet requirements and implement solutions
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency using Smartsheet
Continuously monitor and optimize the Smartsheet platform to meet the evolving needs of the business
Assist with data analysis and reporting using Smartsheet

Proven experience in managing and administering the Smartsheet platform
Candidates must be process oriented, should be able to create, analyze, or enhance business processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support employees
Proficiency in Smartsheet, with a keen eye for detail
Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management, business analysis, or Smartsheet administration
