Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an
Admin Assistant to be part of our growing support team.
Responsibilities
- Compile artefacts/ data / statistic / documents / information in an organized manner as required.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking of tasks including follow-up with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis
- Monitor issues and help ensure that the team's investigation and resolution are provided and tracked to closure
- Help in the revisions needed in the document templates
- Help in the on-boarding of new team members
- Render general administrative support
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree holder in any course
- Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks across various projects
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Fast learner, analytical, methodical and well-organized
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Can adapt to changing shift schedules
- Current regular shift 6:00 AM 3:00 PM 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Adhoc shift based on need 3:00 PM 12:00 AM 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Contract employment for 6 months
