Assist the Executive with daily administrative tasks that includes completing reports, composing, and preparing correspondence, minutes of meeting, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings
Work closely and effectively with the Executive Secretary to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursement processes.
Plan, organize, and help at various company meetings and events
Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing household matters, making reservations, and running errands.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Perform other duties that may be required from time to time

Preferably graduate of BA Mass Communication, Political Science, International Relations, and other similar courses
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications
Organized and keen on details
