eSIM Operations & Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and responsible full-time remote team member based in the Philippines to help with the daily operations of our international eSIM business.

This is a long-term work-from-home position. Training and detailed instructions will be provided. You do not need previous eSIM experience, but you must be willing to learn.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 8 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• Night shift (Philippines time)
• Work from home
• Long-term position

Exact working hours will be discussed during the interview.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer eSIM orders
• Handle eSIM activation requests
• Check order and activation status
• Re-send QR codes and installation instructions
• Help customers with basic eSIM installation and activation problems
• Reply to customer emails and messages
• Follow our SOPs to resolve common customer issues
• Update orders and inventory in Google Sheets and internal systems
• Check pending or failed orders and take action
• Record unresolved issues for the next shift
• Escalate serious or unusual problems when necessary

Requirements

• Good written English
• Comfortable using computers
• Familiar with Google Sheets or Excel
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow SOPs carefully
• Responsible and dependable
• Able to work independently after training
• Previous customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred

Equipment Requirements

You must have:

• Your own computer
• Stable internet connection
• Backup internet connection
• Quiet working environment
• Reliable electricity or backup power solution

Salary

USD $500–$700 per month

Starting salary will depend on experience and performance during training.

There will be opportunities for salary increases and performance bonuses for team members who become capable of independently managing an operations shift.

This is a long-term position. We are looking for someone who wants stable work and is interested in growing with the company.
