Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service in a call center environment. With SABRE or other travel Global Distribution Systems (GDS) experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide product information, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Work onsite, Dayshift, Weekends off
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
