- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers.
- Document interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate of Nutritionist/Dietician
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, and excellent people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, address inquiries, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented individuals preferred.
