Join Our Team as a Revit Architect!

Are you a detail-oriented Licensed Architect with a passion for international projects? Our partner, a Makati-based Architectural Solutions firm, is seeking a skilled professional to work on complex projects and designs.

In this role, you'll play a key part in project execution, BIM modeling, and technical documentation, ensuring high-quality design solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team. If you have years of Revit experience, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of Australian Standards, we want to hear from you!

Specific Functions:

• Work on projects which are moderately to highly complex in nature by ensuring planned goals are met and actions are completed.
• Assist the project team to work within required timeframes and hourly budgets.
• Comply with company BIM standards.
• Maintain a high level of competency in software through continued use and training.
• Help resolve BIM design and documentation issues.
• Assist with project work - modeling, detailing, and BIM project setup.
• Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents and files to the project team.
• Prepare design development, contract, and detailed documentation as instructed by the Project Associate
• Liaise with & and direct team members to ensure all aspects of the project are coordinated (Under the supervision of the Project Associate).
• Ensure design intent and excellent technical solutions are achieved throughout the project.

Required Skill and Basic Requirements:

• Must be a licensed and registered Architect with a bachelor’s degree qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with international projects in both commercial and residential projects
• In-depth working knowledge and proficiency in REVIT with a minimum of 5 years of working experience (ability to create REVIT Families is preferred)
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Have the ability to perform well under pressure, adhere to deadlines & produce documentation in an accurate, efficient manner.
• Be reliable, and effective in working independently without direct supervision, yet be able to adhere to the existing structure and report directly to Management.
• Develop a sound understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
