1. Responsible for the operation of spot assets on the exchange, including but not limited to formulating strategies and planning activities related to user acquisition, user trading, and asset retention.

2. Understand the asset retention strategies of the exchange and possess extensive industry experience;

3. Have strong data statistics and operational analysis capabilities, monitor activity data, and be able to gain insights from data to optimize and iterate;

4. Excellent event planning skills, able to set activity goals, strategies, and plans based on platform characteristics and user features to effectively attract user asset deposits and retention;

5. Monitor competitor dynamics, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the platform's asset retention growth.
