About the Role

We are seeking a Sales / Customer Service Representative – Integrated Supply to provide customer service and procurement support at a customer location.

The role will involve creating and managing purchase orders, tracking orders, processing procurement requests, receiving deliveries, assisting with invoice reconciliation, and working with vendors, customers, and onsite storeroom personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Process procurement requests for stock and non-stock products and materials.
• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Receive delivered orders into the appropriate system.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolve accounts payable discrepancies.
• Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations.
• Assess existing orders and coordinate expediting or de-expediting when necessary.
• Research vendors and products to ensure requirements for quality, pricing, and delivery are met.
• Monitor product and material quality and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate returns or replacement of damaged, excess, aging, or expired inventory.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve delivery and product-quality issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and assigned customers.
• Identify and document customer cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare customer KPI measurement data.
• Work closely with Storeroom Attendants at the customer site.
• Follow all company and customer Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support LEAN operating practices and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Assist in the storeroom when required, though this will be occasional.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of procurement experience preferred.
• CPM certification preferred.
• Previous customer service or purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn ERP and inventory management systems.
• SX.e and SAP experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and execution skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Additional Requirements

This is an in-person, on-site position.

Business casual dress code.

Steel-toe shoes are required.

Must be comfortable working with onsite storeroom personnel.

Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred over candidates relying primarily on educational qualifications.
