Multinational market promotion
Description
Market Strategy Development and Execution: Fully responsible for the market strategy planning and execution of the company's digital currency contract products, ensuring that market activities align closely with the company's overall objectives, and driving the enhancement of brand influence and market share.
Brand Building and Market Positioning: Lead the shaping and positioning of the company’s brand, ensuring it has uniqueness and recognizability in the digital currency market, thereby enhancing brand value and user recognition.
Marketing Activity Planning and Execution: Independently plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including brand promotion, user growth, and community operation, ensuring effective execution of all activities and timely optimization of strategies based on market feedback.
Advertising Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute precise advertising placement strategies, optimizing the effectiveness of various advertising channels (such as social media platforms, search engines, cooperative media, etc.). Enhance brand exposure, user acquisition efficiency, and market conversion rates through efficient placements.
Resource Integration and Partnership Expansion: Utilize extensive industry connections to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with communities, media, and KOLs in various regions, facilitating the achievement of brand and market objectives.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Use data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to analyze the effectiveness of market activities, optimizing advertising placements and community activities to improve the market return on investment.
Cross-Department Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with product, technology, sales, and other teams to promote the execution of market strategies, ensuring efficient cross-department collaboration and smooth project progression.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful experience in leading and building a marketing team, driving projects from concept to execution;
Experience in multinational market promotion, capable of adjusting market strategies according to different regional policies, cultures, and user behaviors;
Strong relationships with key partners such as KOLs, communities, and media, enabling effective resource integration to enhance market competitiveness.
Compensation:
Compensation structure: Base salary + incentives. Negotiable based on experience and capabilities. This position reports to the CEO/COO.
