We are looking for Sr. Quality Engineers who will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop optimal process design model by conducting Design of Experiment (DOE) to determine sources of variation and applying advanced Statistical Analysis
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure processes meet or exceed quality standards.
• Evaluate and analyze production data (i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability index, etc.) to determine opportunities for improvement in quality
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• With 5+ years experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Project management experience would be beneficial
