Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Danao, Philippines. The Quality Engineer conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, boost efficiency, and reduce waste. Use analytical tools to investigate defects and analyze production data to identify quality improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• With 3-5 years experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Project management experience would be beneficial
