Restaurant Supervisors - oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

• Screens, interviews, hires and trains restaurant staff.
• Manages restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Conducts regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Oversees food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checks in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitors inventory and ensures that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitors the restaurant’s cash flow and settles outstanding bills.
• Reviews customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolves customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or any related courses.
• Must have at least 2 years of proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry preferably in casual and fine dining restaurants. Bar experience is necessary.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must have strong management skills, excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ayala Malls Cebu.
• Must have complete requirements and willing to be trained in Makati City. (Basic necessities will be shouldered by the Company)
