Our Company is looking for a Shift Supervisor who is highly motivated and has ample experience to join our team:

• Overseeing all aspects of the restaurants during their shift including food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards
• Directing and supervising staff, including assigning tasks, ensuring proper workflow
• Manage the work schedules of our restaurant's staff
• Keeping records of shift activities, including sales data, inventory, and any incidents or accidents that occur
• Ensure that daily sales goals are met
• Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
• Supervising food preparation and delivery to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform administrative duties including required reports

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
