Description

  • Process and manage payroll for employees on a biweekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
  • Maintain employee records and update payroll data as necessary.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Assist in payroll audits and year-end reporting.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant payroll experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software, strong computer literacy, attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain employee records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Reliable, organized, analytical, and able to handle confidential information.
