Description
- prepares total computation of the payroll summary.
- consolidates basic pay and allowances for 13th month pay computation.
- analyzes earnings such as adjustment, daily allowances, MC rentals, gas allowance, load allowance, reimbursement and deductions such as capital share, coop loans, insurance, premiums, SSS loans, Pag-Ibig Loans and others.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, strong communication, and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with a standard work schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to handle money responsibly.
- graduate of accounting, finance or any related course
- with at least 1year experience in processing payroll
- with skills in manual & system payroll
- keen to details and organize
- has excellent communication skills
- can start ASAP and willing to assign in Makati area
- salary is negotiable depends on the work experience
