  • Responsible for the maintenance and development of employee relations
  • Assist in addressing employee complaints and problem-solving
  • Promote employee communication and team building activities
  • Develop employee relations policies and procedures
  • Collect feedback and analyze employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management to create a positive work environment
  • Also responsible for certain recruitment tasks;

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of employee relations management experience; as well as related recruitment experience;
  • Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with labor law, excellent communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle employee complaints, coordinate labor relations, and promote corporate culture development.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, requiring collaboration with various departments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong emotional management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
