1. Responsible for the daily attendance management of employees, including statistics on attendance, overtime, leave, and tardiness.
2. Handle employee reimbursement-related matters, ensuring compliance with processes and timely submissions.
3. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including documentation management.
4. Assist with relocation, visa, and other HR-related support tasks.
5. Draft and issue various HR notices and announcements within the department.
6. Support daily HR operations both within the department and across departments.

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 1-3 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles
3. Strong ability to work under pressure and efficiently in a multitasking environment
4. Good communication and coordination skills, with experience in cross-department collaboration
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of written and verbal communication
6. Willingness to relocate to Europe

Preferred qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese is a plus
• Experience working with or for international or overseas companies is preferred
