Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering post sales inquiries , complaints , resolving issues , processing orders , maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem solving skills.
Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally by providing exceptional services and support.
Promote and upsell products and services based on customer's needs
Provides support to all internal and external clients
Escalate complex or unresolved problems to appropriate business units when necessary
Achieve agreed upon sales quota /target
Monitors customer satisfaction level

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any field but preferably IT-related course
With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations and alleviate conflicts
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to details with high accuracy in data entry
Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge is an advantage
Must be willing to go beyond the normal working hours including weekends
