- Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
