Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users. - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. - Document technical processes and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues. - Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks. - Implement system upgrades and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace. - Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices. - Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Knowledge of system testing and quality assurance processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
