Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace. - Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and services. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with user support and training methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
