We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Administrative Assistant to support compliance-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and possesses a strong understanding of general legal and tax-related procedures in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth back-office operations
  • Maintain and organize documentation related to contracts, agreements, and compliance reports
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of legal or tax-related documents
  • Support internal audits and documentation reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for filing and submission of required forms and documents
  • Draft letters, memos, and other formal correspondences as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and maintain proper documentation of meeting minutes
  • Monitor compliance timelines and help ensure adherence to internal and external deadlines
  • Maintain a well-organized electronic and physical filing system
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Law, or related field)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative work experience
  • Familiarity with legal documents, government forms, and basic Philippine tax procedures is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and dependable personality with a strong sense of responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
