  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain an effective candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

要件

  • Job Title: Talent Acquisition
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, candidate screening abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment, may require occasional travel for recruitment events. FREE ACCOMMODATION.
