職務内容
We specialize in outdoor security cameras and hunting cameras. We are now in urgent need of recruiting after-sales representative, who is responsible for answering phone calls and handling after-sales issues from other channels, such as email, in-app case etc. This job is full time ONLY. Our products have a certain level of technical difficulty, but we will provide necessary training before you are officially on board.
Since our customers are mainly from the United States, the working time will be 9:00AM-6:00PM ET, Monday to Saturday. Then the Philippine time is from 9:00PM to 6:00AM.
- Fluent Spoken English skill.
- Interested in consumer electronic products.
- Able to handle customers with great communication skills and engages with them pro-actively.
- Make follow-up call to determine whether the raised concern is resolved or not.
- Available from 9:00PM to 6:00AM, Philippines time.
- Ensure that the power supply and network in your area are stable and not easily affected by typhoons or other severe weather.
