We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in managing and improving our people operations. This role touches all aspects of HR— from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.


Salary: Php 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Assist in performance management processes and feedback cycles
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experience


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR tools or systems is a plus
