About the role



An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the team at INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. This full-time position offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and payment information

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures

• Provide support to the wider finance team as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 18 month's experience in shared service accounts payable or similar finance role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications

• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

• With no issues working onsite 100% in our BGC, Taguig office 

• With no issues working on night shifts, shifting schedule, weekends & holidays
