Join our Growth Risk Control team as a Senior Risk Control Analyst, and become a key driver of the company's risk control strategy! In this role, you will not only be responsible for risk control data analysis and strategy design but also work closely with cross-functional teams to engage in cutting-edge risk control innovations, ensuring the company maintains safety and stability amid rapid growth. By designing efficient risk control solutions, you will safeguard the company's growth objectives and tackle various complex risk control challenges alongside product, algorithm, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Deeply mine data in the risk control field to identify potential risk patterns and methods of operation, refining precise and effective risk control features to provide strong support for strategy design.

2. Lead the design of innovative risk control solutions based on business needs, constructing efficient and practical strategies and model systems to enhance risk prevention capabilities.

3. Collaborate closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and backend development teams to implement risk control strategies and models, ensuring accurate execution of strategies.

4. Participate in building a leading risk intelligence system, providing forward-looking insights for risk control decisions through efficient information collection and refinement.

5. Establish a comprehensive risk control metrics system to monitor risk dynamics in real-time, sensitively capturing abnormal changes to ensure the efficient operation of the company's risk control system.

1. More than 3 years of experience in risk control analysis and/or risk control strategy design, with relevant backgrounds such as risk control analyst, risk control strategist, risk control algorithm engineer, risk control product manager, data analyst, etc.

2. Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis, proficient in programming languages such as SQL and Python, capable of efficiently completing complex analyses using data analysis tools.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to present analysis results clearly, concisely, and logically.

4. Strong teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating efficiently with business and technical teams from diverse backgrounds, driving cross-department cooperation and project progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Possession of a graduate degree or higher in relevant fields such as statistics, data science, computer science, business analysis, or data analysis.

2. Passionate about cutting-edge fields like blockchain and Web3, with relevant knowledge reserves.
