1. Computer-related major, bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of Java development experience; experience in payment or currency exchange system development is preferred;

2. Proficient in core Java technologies, familiar with JVM tuning, concurrent programming, and multithreading techniques, able to handle high concurrency and high performance scenarios;

3. Skilled in mainstream frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis, with the ability to design and implement microservices architecture;

4. Deep understanding of distributed system principles, with practical experience in distributed transaction processing, idempotency design, and payment link monitoring;

5. Proficient in database design and performance optimization, familiar with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and knowledgeable in distributed caching and messaging queue technologies like Redis and MQ;

6. Relevant technical experience in fund circulation, including core module development for exchange rate calculation, financial settlement, and reconciliation;

7. Some research on blockchain and virtual currency technologies, able to explore innovative applications in payment scenarios;

8. Clear logical thinking, excellent technical problem-solving abilities, capable of leading complex technical challenges;
