Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of user retention strategies
  • Responsible for building the user retention system for the platform/product, and formulating phased and demographic-specific retention operational strategies (such as 7-day retention for new users, re-engagement for dormant users, etc.);
  • Identify key loss points through data analysis, propose optimization plans, and drive implementation.
  • Event planning and execution
  • Design and execute special activities targeting retention goals (such as check-in rewards, task systems, community operations, etc.);
  • Plan creative retention activities in conjunction with holidays and trending events to enhance user engagement and activity levels.
  • Data monitoring and optimization
  • Monitor core retention-related metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, retention rate, churn rate, etc.) and produce regular analysis reports;
  • Continuously optimize retention strategies through A/B testing and user feedback.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in internet operations and at least 1 year focused on retention operations or user lifecycle management;
  • Familiarity with retention operation methodologies, sensitivity to user behavior data, and ability to independently conduct data analysis to drive decision-making;
  • Capability in activity planning, with successful cases of improving retention rates (specific data to be reflected in the resume);
  • Goal-oriented, with strong execution capabilities and cross-team collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retention operations for overseas e-commerce, social, content community, or SaaS products;
  • Familiarity with psychological or behavioral economics theories, with the ability to apply them flexibly in operational strategies;
  • In-depth research on emerging retention strategies (such as gamification design, membership systems).
