IT Company Hiring Street Sales Representatives

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for conducting street sales within the Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories areas, promoting company products or services to potential customers.

2. Independently develop new customer resources, establish good communication and trust relationships with customers, and facilitate cooperation intentions.

3. Participate in professional training provided by the company to quickly master sales techniques and product knowledge, enhancing personal performance.

4. Flexibly adjust sales strategies based on project requirements, achieving designated sales goals and tasks.

5. Regularly report on work progress, record customer feedback, and provide data support for future follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

1. No experience required, but candidates with 2-3 years of relevant sales experience will be given priority consideration; salary is negotiable.

2. Cheerful and outgoing personality, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience, able to adapt to an outdoor sales environment.

3. Familiar with the Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories areas, possessing good directional sense and interpersonal communication skills, able to efficiently expand the market.

4. Basic understanding of IT products or related services, willing to learn and apply in practical sales work.

5. Must comply with company rules and regulations, completing daily work plans with quality and quantity, ensuring targets are met.

Benefits:

1. Basic salary of HKD 13,000 per month, providing stable income assurance.

2. A bonus of HKD 3,000 to 5,000 for each successful case, with substantial earnings for outstanding performance.

3. Additional rewards upon project completion to encourage employee participation in various sales activities.

4. Six working days per week, with fixed working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, ensuring a reasonable work schedule.
