Job Overview:

We are looking for a Software Implementation Engineer to join our team in Davao, Philippines. This role focuses on Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Yard Management System (YMS) implementation, customer on-boarding, and ongoing support. You will work closely with clients, internal development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

WMS Implementation & System Deployment

• Lead end-to-end software implementation for new customers.
• Gather client requirements and provide customized WMS solutions.
• Configure, test, and optimize WMS settings based on customer workflows.

Customer Onboarding & Training

• Guide customers through the on-boarding process and system adoption.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the WMS.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve system-related queries.

Technical Support & Customization

• Collaborate with internal development teams to implement customer-specific modifications.
• Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and ensure seamless integration with operations.
• Continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Cross-functional Communication

• Act as a liaison between customers and developers, ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
• Work closely with North American clients, providing clear and professional support in fluent English.
• Support internal teams with documentation, feedback, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with WMS or supply chain software – Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics systems.
• Software Implementation/Support Background – Prior experience in WMS development, deployment, or technical support is a plus.
• Customer-Focused & Solution-Oriented – Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective system solutions.
• Excellent English Communication Skills – Must be able to support North American clients fluently.
• Strong Team Collaboration – Work effectively with developers, project managers, and customers.
• Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to work under pressure and handle complex system implementations.
