Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group coaching sessions onsite, focusing on mental health, emotional well-being, and stress management.
• Develops a safe, supportive environment to help employees build resilience, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall mental wellness.
• Maintains accurate and confidential documentation by submitting coaching trackers and session reports at the end of each month.
• Actively participates in required mental health trainings, team meetings, and emergency support sessions as requested by the designated Point of Contact (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Counselor, with a minimum of 3 years of professional counseling experience.
• With clinical background and proven experience in both counseling and coaching individuals or groups.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, which may change every few months or quarterly based on client needs. (Additional night differential applies for mid and night shifts.)
