- Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage staff.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate shipping/receiving processes.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance standards.
- Train and develop team members to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance metrics and report to management.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: strong organizational skills, and ability to handle personnel effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment; ability to perform heavy lifting is required.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility, financial literacy, and capable of staff coaching.
