Job Description: 

1. Responsible for the design and optimization of sports/esports products, including but not limited to PC, mobile, web, and H5 pages; 

2. Optimize interface layout and interaction logic based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience (UX); 

3. Conduct research and analysis of user needs and usage habits based on product business to determine interaction and UI design details, continuously improving product user experience; 

4. Lead the development of visual and interaction design specifications, regularly maintaining and updating them, and ensuring effective implementation of the standards; 

5. Monitor market trends to provide professional visual recommendations for product design, enhancing product-market alignment and increasing product value; 

6. Design promotional materials for various product-related activities and other tasks assigned by the company; 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a formal education in design-related fields and at least 3 years of design experience;

2. More than 1 year of UI/UX design experience, with a preference for experience in finance, sports, esports, gaming, and related industries;

3. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.;

4. Familiar with design specifications for web and mobile platforms (iOS / Android), with strong responsive design capabilities;

5. Possess skills in motion design, with the ability to use tools like AE, Lottie, Framer to enhance interactive experiences;

6. Excellent visual aesthetics, with a deep understanding of typography, color schemes, and interface layout;

7. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and propose innovative design solutions that align with business needs;

8. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with product and technical teams to implement designs;

9. Open to feedback and quick iteration to ensure the final product experience is optimized;

10. Complete experience in web3 product design.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) for seamless collaboration with the development team;

2. Experience in 3D design, illustration, and brand design, contributing additional visual enhancements to the product;

3. Experience in designing international products, with an understanding of visual preferences of users from different countries.
