Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Assisting in sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Promote the company culture and values to candidates.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in recruitment software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with collaborative team interactions and occasional remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
