Summit Media’s OOH team is looking for a Structural Draftsman with experience in billboard, signage, or special structure drafting. You’ll support our engineers and business teams by producing precise 2D structural layouts, permit plans, and construction drawings. Knowledge in basic electrical diagrams and 3D modeling tools is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft structural layouts, shop drawings, and as-built plans for outdoor signage
• Assist in preparing permit and construction-ready drawings per NSCP and local codes
• Collaborate with structural engineers and BD team for project planning and proposals
• Follow drafting standards and ensure alignment with NSCP, local engineering codes, and permitting requirements
• Produce site development layouts, connection details, and elevation drawings.

Job Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in Drafting or Civil Technology
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in structural drafting, ideally for billboards or freestanding signs
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D, (SketchUp/Revit a plus)
• Familiarity with LGU permitting and drafting standards
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking skills
