Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of retail management experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, teamwork, customer management, attention to detail, sales management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, proactive, problem-solver, dedicated team player.
