We’re looking for highly motivated Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide critical support in administration, data management, and client relations for a US-based mortgage account.

• At least a High School Graduate

• 2 years of experience in Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR) voice required

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
