Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to accelerate user acquisition and engagement for Shopee Choice
- Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and marketing channel effectiveness to optimize budget allocation and improve ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to execute growth initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and deep dives on Shopee Choice performance
- Address day-to-day business issues that arise by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Has 2 years of experience in business/marketing analytics, digital marketing, or e-commerce growth roles.
- Experience in business analytics, financial management, consulting, or e-commerce, with exposure to Profit & Loss (PnL) management or commercial strategy
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social ads, affiliates) and CRM strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving growth and impact
