Develop and implement the listing business development strategy to promote the launch of high-quality projects
Identify and expand potential project partner resources, and negotiate listing cooperation plans
Manage and lead the listing business development team, setting monthly goals and execution plans
Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics to optimize listing policies and processes
Coordinate internal resources such as legal, technical, and risk control to ensure efficient project launches
Maintain relationships with existing project partners and promote subsequent ecosystem collaborations (trading, events, AMAs, etc.)

3-5 years of experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, with at least 2 years of experience in listing/project business development
Experience in team management
Familiar with project requirements and listing processes, with the ability to negotiate independently
Preferred candidates with rich Web3 resources (public chains, DeFi, GameFi, wallets, etc.)
Strong market insight and execution skills, able to quickly adapt to changing market environments
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills, capable of independently conducting business negotiations in both languages
