Four13 Digital is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Delivery Lead to lead the SEO team and ensure we deliver top-notch SEO services, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and overall SEO strategies. As the SEO Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of internal and client SEO strategies, oversee project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of results-driven SEO initiatives. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, manage internal SEO specialists, and translate client goals into actionable SEO plans.

This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, in addition to strong technical SEO knowledge.

• Develop, document, and optimize SEO delivery processes to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at high quality.
• Build tailored SEO strategies for clients based on goals, data, and competitor insights.
• Ensure flawless execution of SEO deliverables including SEO audits, technical recommendations, optimization, and reporting.
• Present strategies, report results, and answer SEO-related questions from clients.
• Work closely with account managers and project managers to align on timelines, priorities, and client expectations.
• Translate technical SEO concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Lead and mentor SEO specialists, ensuring clear direction, support, and accountability.
• Drive continuous process improvement within SEO operations, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Standardize deliverables and documentation practices to improve scalability and maintain quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate best practices into team workflows.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio to track performance and surface insights.
• Create client-facing reports with narratives that tie performance back to business impact.
• Continuously review KPIs and adjust tactics or strategies as needed for better outcomes.

• Expert-level understanding of all SEO disciplines (technical, on-page, off-page).
• At least 1 year in a leadership or client-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing SEO strategy and delivery across multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with major SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and teams.
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus
• Experience doing SEO for e-commerce businesses is a plus
