Description

The Senior Manager will develop, execute and manage talent management programs aligned to the human resources and overall business objectives of the company. The role will develop guidelines, frameworks, methodologies and toolkits to support the implementation of Performance Management, Succession Management, Career Development and other related initiatives supporting organization performance and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner in the design and development of talent and succession frameworks to fit talent pool and strengthen leadership pipeline, co-Lead the approach, and facilitation of action planning for career development and succession
  • Co-lead the design and implementation of performance management programs, processes and tools that support a culture of feedback, drive career growth, and enable achievement of company goals and growth
  • Support in formulating strategic programs that drive employee and organizational performance resulting in sustainable, positive behavior changes. Co-create competency-based HR programs
  • Support in driving a clear and compelling employee value proposition centered on skills development, stretch assignments and ownership of career progression
  • Collaborate with leaders and other stakeholders to understand the company’s goals and strategy impacting performance management


Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course, preferably with advanced study in Organization
  • Development and Performance Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Learning Development, Talent
  • Management and Business Partnering in a senior management role
  • With excellent communication skills and very adept in project management
  • Possess strong knowledge market trends, best practices, legal developments and technology
