Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Onboarding and Integration:
  • Manage the end-to-end integration process for new merchants, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with merchants to understand their technical and operational requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the integration process, including APIs, payment systems, and platform configurations.
  • Service Delivery Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants during and after the integration process.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Identify and address any service delivery issues or bottlenecks promptly.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Sales, Cybersecurity, Customer Experience and other business and technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate merchant feedback to relevant teams to enhance product and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the integration and service delivery processes.
  • Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials for merchants and internal teams.
