Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of institutional clients in China, conducting sales activities;

2. Utilize effective sales techniques to identify, explore, and guide the needs of institutional clients, facilitating the achievement of sales opportunities;

3. Act as a brand ambassador for the company's products aimed at institutional clients. Responsible for completing business negotiations and discussions for various sales projects;

4. Continuously expand and maintain resources related to institutional clients, ensuring good client relationships.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the dynamics and policies of the cryptocurrency industry, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks. Candidates with a strong knowledge of the company's cryptocurrency products and a background in the cryptocurrency sector are preferred;

2. Preference will be given to candidates with a network of clients in financial institutions (such as asset management companies, hedge funds, venture capital firms, endowments, private equity firms, private wealth management companies, and sovereign wealth funds);

3. Excellent business negotiation skills and interpersonal communication abilities;

4. Self-driven, capable of working independently, and proficient in problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing a sales team;

2. Proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
