Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and SQL, and other tools such as Amazon Connect (AWS), Qualtrics, MAC and MER 2.0
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Reports Analyst Supervisor leads a team of reporting analysts responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making across departments. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of reports and dashboards while mentoring team members and optimizing reporting processes. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and mentor a team of reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development. 
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Review and approve complex reports before distribution to senior leadership. 
  • Develop and implement reporting standards, templates, and best practices. 
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes. 
  • Provide technical guidance on data sources, database structures, and reporting tools. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to support business goals. 
  • Handle escalations and troubleshoot reporting issues promptly.
