Arriba is hiring a Senior Visionary who brings a mix of creative vision, technical skill, and leadership energy to the table.

What you'll do:

• Lead the development of bold, culturally relevant campaigns
• Bring stories to life through static and animated visuals
• Collaborate with creative teams to turn strategy into scroll-stopping ideas
• Mentor and inspire a team of more junior Visionaries
• Present creative work internally and to clients with clarity and conviction

What you need:

• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in an ad agency setting
• Mastery of the Adobe Suite, particularly with After Effects
• The ability to think in concepts, not just visuals

Work setup:

Hybrid with onsite work once a week in Kapitolyo, Pasig
