Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Mapping
● Conduct and lead initial data mapping sessions to identify requirements and align data sources.
● Perform data mapping reviews and updates, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholders’ feedback.
● Validate and finalize data mapping deliverables.
2. Functional Specifications Development
● Draft and prepare functional specifications based on business requirements and system capabilities.
● Facilitate review cycles and incorporate adjustments based on feedback.
● Oversee the finalization and approval process of functional specifications.
3. Meeting Attendance
● Actively participate in:
● Weekly status and alignment meetings.
● Discussions on data mapping-specific topics.
● Clarification sessions for functional specifications.
4. Inquiries and Clarifications
● Respond promptly to ad hoc inquiries related to SAP SD processes and deliverables.
● Manage email clarifications and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolutions to stakeholders’ queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● 5 to 8 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar role.
● Proven expertise in data mapping and functional specifications development within SAP projects.
● Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and their integration with other modules like MM and FI.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to handle inquiries, clarifications, and cross-team collaborations.
● Proficiency in participating in meetings and driving alignment across stakeholders.
● Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with SAP SD implementation or migration projects.
● Basic knowledge of related SAP modules and their data structures
SAP FICO
The Finance & Control Consultant is responsible in ensuring the overall effective and efficient application of technologies used by the Finance Group to meet business objectives. This involves providing day-to-day assistance with all finance and control-related inquiries from users in Finance Group and working with the AMS teams to resolve incidents. The role also leads initial assessments of configuration changes requested by business users and relays these requests to the joint SAP-MS Dynamics governance team. The role communicates major requests and issues (such as new project requests, adoption issues and opportunities, and critical incidents) to the Strategy & Business Partner for Support Functions.
· Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
· Serve as the main point of contact from the Finance function for all finance and controlling
· discussions or initiatives.
· Organize change request requirements from finance and controlling sub-groups, helping define business case, aligning them with overall Finance Strategy and provide recommendation on what requests should push through.
· Leads discussions with SAP-MSD governance team for proper handling of finance and controlling change requests (SAP or non-SAP)
· Leads communications between AMS teams and Finance key users for critical and major incidents.
· Communicates with AMS teams and ensures they deliver within the SLA.
· Provides regular reporting on finance technology portfolio health (projects, change requests, incidents, and problems
SAP MM
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience with SAP MM, specifically in the Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, Material & Inventory Management, and PO & Invoice Approval workflows.
Skills & Expertise:
Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, troubleshooting, and support within procurement and inventory management processes.
Proficiency in managing purchase orders, goods receipts, material master data, and inventory workflows within SAP MM.
Knowledge of IDCAPP migration and Non-Trade migration projects is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with SAP MM module.
Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in MM (Material Management) module.
Prior experience with migration projects (especially IDCAPP and Non-Trade) within SAP environments.
Experience with SAP integration points (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FI/CO) and cross-functional modules.
